Monika and Julius Thurnher guests at INiTS Business Talk

Up one level

What makes the success of a company? Is it the innovative idea, a good sense for market gaps, spirit and perseverance of the founders or just luck? It is something of everything said the inventor and his daughter recently in Vienna.

INiTS Business Talk: iku®windows - innovative window cleaning

At the recently held INiTS Business Talk in Vienna, Monika and her father Julius Thurnher refered about the development and marketing of a innovation. The BusinessTalk series allows young entrepreneurs and interested start-ups to have a look insight ofthe development process of a successful company.

"Now there is a big interest in the products of iku®windows worldwide, but not since the beginning," Julius Thurnher told the audience. To start it's difficult: He invented a self-cleaning glass facade, a revolution in the building cleaning business. The world is waiting right on it, he was convinced. But on the contrary: It was more than a challenge, which required much ambition, power of persuasion and patience to find buyers for the products. Monika Thurnher gave an overview of products, references, partners and the latest developments of iku®windows and explained step by step the way from a start-up to a global player.

It was an entertaining and authentic evening the visitors of the INiTS Business Talk were positive about and could benefit from the experience of the lecturers. They had many questions, which showed the high interest in and fascination of the visionary product. During the following buffet the visitors took the opportunities for networking and exchange of experience in a relaxed atmosphere.
